Welcome to The Non-Dualism Project. Here we seek to raise human consciousness by adding new mystics throughout
the world. While others only talk of humankind heading towards a new
consciousness, we ourselves will engage in a very practical step.
What is Non-Dualism?
The human mind sees, hears, tastes, and feels a world of duality. The mind just naturally has this understanding that there is “me” and there is the “world of many separate beings and things”. This is the notion of duality. We are born with this perception so it is not something any of us need to be taught. This duality is what we take as reality.
But the mystic tells us that reality is otherwise--that in truth “everything is One”. This view is called the philosophy of “non-dualism”. This philosophy not only asserts that "everything is One", but it also claims that qualified spiritual Seekers can themselves directly
experience this Oneness and hence reclaim their true nature.

I encourage you to listen to the whole song while contemplating the changing images. You will likely experience just a gentle hint of the Joy and Understanding that awaits you through the practice of Awareness Yoga. But since we all have different tastes in music, please be assured that liking or not liking this piece has nothing whatsoever to do with Self-realization through Awareness Yoga.
The Non-Dualism Project uses Awareness Yoga Meditation to help more and more spiritual people become non-dualists—that is to become mystics—so that they can touch reality directly in a process known as Self-realization. Once Self-realized, a person continues to see the world of duality but also knows directly the Oneness.
The Oneness is perhaps best described as "Existence Absolute, Knowledge Absolute, Bliss Absolute".
To experience this Oneness directly is to be filled with love, peace, and joy on a permanent basis. We wish this state for ourselves and for all beings. This is the level of consciousness that we are attempting to seed throughout the world.
